We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our organization as a Part-Time Client Services Representative for a six-month contract. As a representative, you will be the friendly face of our establishment, assisting pet owners and ensuring their experience with us is exceptional.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients both in person and over the phone
- Handle appointments, inquiries, and client communications
- Manage client records and paperwork accurately
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our hospital

- You must have a passion for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You need to be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
