A successful Client Services Representative is critical in delivering exceptional client service and working with pets.

Job Overview

Our veterinary hospital is seeking a dedicated Part-time Client Services Representative for a 12-month Maternity Leave Contract.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients receive outstanding customer service, greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone, handling appointments, inquiries, and client communications, managing client records and paperwork accurately, and coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care.
