Job Overview

The role of Team Supervisor Logistics plays a pivotal part in ensuring the effectiveness and consistency of our operations.

This position is responsible for overseeing a team that coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements for a primarily fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team (3-5 people) to ensure seamless travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Monitor team performance, providing quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Implement and manage Company policies and guidelines related to travel and accommodation.
About You
  • Successful applicants will possess supervisory experience in their current or previous roles.
  • A strong knowledge of the resource industry and exposure to FIFO travel and accommodation processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of logistics management systems within similar industries would be an advantage.
