About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead the development and implementation of our Business Resilience capability. This is a senior management opportunity that will allow you to make a significant impact on our organisation's ability to identify and respond to emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a Business Resilience Framework in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Lead the delivery of business resilience management systems and processes
  • Design and deliver education, training, and information programs to enhance organisational capability
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive management
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including emergency services and regulatory agencies
Requirements
  • Significant experience in business resilience leadership, including framework implementation and risk management
  • Leadership experience supporting senior executive teams in strategic planning and business continuity
  • Demonstrated experience in crisis management and team coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment
