The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, be able to pose the right questions and find effective solutions. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing team members through guiding, mentoring and advisory roles
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and forming relationships to ensure delivery of project outcomes in a collaborative environment
  • Managing project procurement activities and participating in contract negotiations relating to capital works projects
  • Pursuing professional networks and collaborative working relationships for efficient and effective management of projects
  • Maintaining accurate records and complying with reporting requirements

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship
  • Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Demonstrated experience in project support, finance, administration, including budgets, financial management, reporting, procurement and contract management
  • Understanding and working experience of Government procurement policies and legislation
