As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every guest. Your role will involve managing check-in/check-out, guiding guests to their treatments, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and tidiness of our space.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a calm and professional demeanor, and a genuine interest in wellness and holistic health. Previous customer service or reception experience is highly desirable, as is attention to detail and pride in presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage check-in/check-out processes
  • Guide guests to float, sauna, or treatment rooms
  • General cleaning/tidying and resetting rooms
  • Support online bookings and customer enquiries

  • Interest in wellness and holistic health
  • Previous customer service or reception experience (desired)
