Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for early childhood education and care? Do you have what it takes to lead and support our dedicated teams across metropolitan Brisbane? We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to join our dynamic team at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres.

About the Role
  • Oversee and support around five to six centres across metropolitan Brisbane, working closely with our Centre Directors and teams to uphold our Commitments.
  • Bring your vision for excellence and continuous improvement to drive business outcomes, high performance, and accountability for results within your centres.
  • Use your strong knowledge in Education and Care national regulations, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Share your wealth of Early Learning knowledge and experience for the betterment of your teams.
About You
  • You will hold at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in early childhood education and care.
  • Hold a relevant qualification such as a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood).
  • A valid Working with Children Check is required.
  • Strong leadership and commercial experience, with experience managing a group of Centre Directors highly desirable.
