About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Asset Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of key clients.
Your industry experience and ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs will be essential in this role. With the backing of our network, you will be supported to learn and grow your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally manage a portfolio of properties to ensure optimal performance and returns.
- Provide expert advice to clients on property management and investment strategies.
- Identify opportunities for new and existing clients to grow their business and increase revenue.
- Prepare and manage budgets and business plans to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Regularly inspect properties to ensure the highest level of presentation and maintenance.
- Manage capital projects on behalf of clients to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with our team to provide innovative solutions and opportunities for clients.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in the property industry, preferably in commercial asset management.
- A Property Representative Licence or the ability to obtain one soon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A customer-centric focus and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Financial and analytical skills, with the ability to prepare and manage budgets and business plans.
- A current Driver's Licence.
