Payroll Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Payroll Implementation Consultant. This role will be responsible for implementing the Employment Hero platform with customers, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with other teams to deliver successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement payroll best practices in the EH payroll system.
- Accurately interpret Australian modern awards, enterprise agreements, and other conditions of employment.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify solutions within product functionality.
- Experience with payroll implementations (highly desirable).
- Sound knowledge of current legislative payroll requirements in Australia (New Zealand is a plus).
- Exposure to other payroll software and accounting platforms, to have an understanding of different system configurations.
- Client-facing and/or outsourced payroll experience is highly regarded.
- Work remotely with flexibility to own your time and impact.
