Role Overview

As a Project Finance professional, you will support the origination and execution of transactions by evaluating the credit quality of complex debt transactions across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluation and analysis of financial models
  • Compiling papers, submissions, pitches and research materials
  • Evaluation of technical, market, legal, insurance, financial and other due diligence
  • Coordination of workstreams with relationship managers, syndications, risk, markets, portfolio teams and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Able to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance to relevant policies and procedures
  • Working knowledge of debt structures and products
  • Financial and/or credit analysis skills
  • Experience with Project Finance or complex debt transactions
  • Strong cash flow modelling skills
  • Refined communications skills, both written and verbal
