The ideal candidate will possess hands-on litigation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Regulatory Civil Litigation: Represent ASIC in civil litigation cases and advise on regulatory matters.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Collaborate with the Commission and Enforcement teams to develop and implement strategic plans for regulatory civil litigation.
  • Foster Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with external law firms and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Admitted to practice in the High Court, Federal Court, and relevant State Supreme Court.
  • Proven litigation experience and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting fair and transparent markets.
