Data Center Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. This involves collaborating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and geographies.
Equinix's trusted platform connects foundational infrastructure at software speed. Our digital leaders leverage this platform to bring together various components and create innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Triage, escalate, assess or carry out responsibilities around customer deployments in APAC.
- Develop process designs for deployments and directly resolve issues where possible.
- Work on complex designs with senior engineers within the capacity team.
- Ensure cooling support through airflow calculations or escalating for CFD modelling as necessary.
- Verify power support through infrastructure checks.
- Engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or related fields.
- Strong technical mindset and ability to work through complex and highly technical solutions.
- Understanding of power and cooling in data centers, or transferable skillsets from varied industries.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
