What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience as a Centre Director or similar leadership role.">
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.">
  • Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Child Safety Standard, and National Quality Standards, with a commitment to continuous quality improvement.">
  • Proven experience implementing child safety standards and ensuring compliance.">
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and Police Check.">
