Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated leader to join our team at an Early Learning Centre in Tatura, Victoria. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the learning environment and fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous learning.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and a strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law. They will be able to create and implement quality educational programs, lead reflective practice across the team, and establish, nurture, and foster strong and inclusive relationships with children to support their development and wellbeing.

In this role, you will also be responsible for mentoring educators, collaborating with the team to maintain consistent high-quality practices throughout the centre, and guiding the team to meet National Quality Standard (NQS) requirements and deliver best-practice outcomes.

  • A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Law
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement quality educational programs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
