Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver social and emotional support to all residents, ensuring holistic and person-centred care provision.
  • Coordinate care needs across the facility, including medication management, nutrition and hydration, and pressure care management.
  • Lead and supervise care on the shift, within their designated wing or area.
  • Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, regulation, and organisational policies, procedures for delegation and supervision.

About You

  • Relevant qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration to administer medication).
  • A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • An effective listener with the ability to communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
  • The ability to understand and utilise information technology and programs as required.
  • A current National police check.
  • A working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
  • A desire to join a team dedicated to caring for others in a mission-based organisation.
