Bring Christmas Magic to Families

As a Senior Experience Leader, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable visitor experiences. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that every family's visit is a memorable one.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding results
  • Managing daily operations, including rosters and workflow
  • Welcoming families and maintaining a joyful atmosphere
  • Bringing energy and positivity to the workplace, even on busy days
  • Leading by example, demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and festive flair
  • Overseeing POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail
