System Analyst

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the support and system administration activities necessary for the efficient management and availability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team of System Analysts to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
- Implement and refine monitoring and event solutions to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Maintain and administer our systems to minimize downtime and meet KPIs and SLAs.
- Support release and change management activities for new solutions and software releases.
- Administer security controls to ensure the integrity of our systems.
- Analyze system performance and develop system documentation as required.
- Degree in a related IT/Computer Science discipline or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in similar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems in a multiple server environment.
- Knowledge of networking, shell scripts, and SQL.
- Experience with RDMS such as MySQL and SQL-Server.
- Administrative experience with Linux and Windows.
- Exposure to Java or C#.
