Area Floor Supervisor Job

$60 per hour - 38 hours per week.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Floor Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of people with a strong focus on culture and community building within the restaurant's environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of people with a strong focus on culture and community building within the restaurant's environment.
  • Have a clear understanding of the restaurant's values and priorities.
  • Drive and develop customer experience to maximize return guests.
  • Develop a culture of education and learning within your team regarding product knowledge.
  • Supervise the overall presentation of the venue and help maintain a great ambiance for our guests.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Highly motivated and self-driven, take ownership and responsibility in the role.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
