About Us
We are seeking experienced restaurant professionals to join our dynamic team in Sydney.
As a key member of our dining operations, you will provide high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a section of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service and high standards are maintained.
- Greet, seat, and engage with guests, providing professional and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Take and coordinate food and beverage orders, with detailed knowledge of menus and daily specials.
- Oversee and support junior staff, providing training and guidance.
- Manage table allocations and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and RSA requirements.
- Contribute to maintaining service standards and supporting overall restaurant operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years' relevant experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A current RSA certificate.
