Job Title: OSHC Coordinator

The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to lead the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service.

The successful candidate will develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and educational.

Maintaining a strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting is essential.

Prior experience in developing engaging programs for school-aged children is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
  • Develop, plan, and deliver daily quality activities for children that are safe, fun, stimulating, and educational
  • Maintain a strong focus on child safety, supervision, and mandatory reporting
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options
  • Create an engaging and happy environment for children
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Children's Services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent
  • A current Employee Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willingness to obtain)
  • Child Protection Training Certificate (or willingness to obtain) CHCPRT001/CHCPRT025
