Holiday Care Program Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our teams as a Holiday Care Program Coordinator on a casual contract. This is a great opportunity to work with children and be part of a fun, safe, and memorable holiday care experience.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service, develop daily quality activities for children, and ensure child safety and supervision. They will also prepare healthy food options, create an engaging environment, and build meaningful relationships with colleagues, children, families, school leaders, and the school community.

About Your New Role:

  • Lead the delivery of daily programs for children aged 5-12 years.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve program objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Engage with children, families, and school staff to build strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in children's services, early childhood, or school-aged care.
  • A current Employee Working with Children's Check.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Training.
