Head of Infrastructure Job Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership position overseeing project delivery, commercial outcomes, team leadership and client relationships across a portfolio valued at over $200M. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a stable and capable team of five direct reports.

  • Provide high-level leadership across all project delivery functions and business units.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and lead by example across all operations.
  • Drive the financial performance of civil contracts, ensuring delivery to time, budget and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting, forecasting and contract management.
  • Review tenders, pricing and risk assessments to maximise commercial outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across operational functions.
  • Manage the effective utilisation of plant, equipment and workforce across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with minimum 10 years' experience in a senior civil construction management role. They should have proven experience managing land development or civil infrastructure projects at scale, exceptional commercial acumen and advanced knowledge of project planning and man-hour forecasting.
