Producer Opportunity

Casual job opening to work with a renowned group of journalists, including foreign correspondents.

This is an exciting chance to collaborate with experienced newsgathering editors and producers on a casual basis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, write and produce engaging content for television and video audiences
  • Work closely with foreign correspondents to create comprehensive, accurate and engaging stories
  • Develop original ideas for compelling national and international coverage
  • Produce clear, concise and engaging content for video viewers
  • Meet deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in editing and commissioning innovative graphics is beneficial

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in TV news package writing
  • Diverse knowledge base covering national and international news
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality content
  • Capacity to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of the pace and logistical challenges of television news production
