KinCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team in the Hobart area. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Providing respite and emotional support
  • Supporting customers with complex care needs, such as dementia

What We Look For:

  • Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care
  • You care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer
  • You have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • You are available to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday
