Job Summary:
At Creative Chaos, we are seeking a skilled Senior Vue.js Developer to lead the development of front-end web client applications for various software platforms. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, security, and performance of our client applications meet the highest standards. Your expertise in Vue.js and its ecosystem will be instrumental in driving our project's success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Business Requirements: Work closely with our stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Estimate Assigned Tasks: Break down complex tasks into manageable chunks and estimate the time required to complete them.
  • Write Code and Unit Tests: Develop high-quality code that is well-documented, modular, and follows best practices.
  • Collaborate with Other Team Members: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless integration and delivery of our projects.
  • Tune Code for Enhanced Security and Performance: Continuously monitor and improve our codebase to ensure it meets the highest standards of security and performance.
  • Maintain Systems: Identify and fix issues promptly to ensure our systems remain stable and efficient.
  • Update Issue Tracking Software: Keep our issue tracking software up-to-date to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Provide Status Updates: Keep our stakeholders informed of our progress and any changes to our project timeline.
  • Communicate with Client: Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Control Versions of Your Code: Use version control systems to track changes and collaborate with our team.
  • Research New Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in our industry.
  • Lead a Team of Software Engineers: Mentor and guide our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed.
  • Evaluate Candidates for Open Positions: Participate in the evaluation process for new candidates to ensure we find the best fit for our team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in CS/Software Engineering or Related Discipline: A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Proven 5-10 Years of Working Experience as a Vue.js/Full Stack Developer: A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Vue.js and full-stack development is required.
  • Highly Proficient with Vue.js Framework and Its Core Principles: In-depth knowledge of Vue.js and its core principles, including components, reactivity, and the virtual DOM.
  • Experience with Vue.js Ecosystem: Experience with Vue CLI, Vuex, Vue Router, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Figma, and Nuxt.js.
  • Experience Building Animations: Experience in building animations and passion for security and internet ethics.
  • Backend Tools: Experience with backend tools such as NodeJS and databases including MongoDB is a plus.
  • Experience Working with RESTful APIs: Experience in working with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong Experience with CI/CD Pipelines, AWS, and Cloud Technologies: Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, AWS, and cloud technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with Test Automation and Test-Driven Development: Familiarity with test automation and test-driven development.
