About the Role
As a Risk Analyst, your role is the backbone of compliance for Corporate Services. Your role will be to form strong working relationships with different divisions to help manage and build on the current system, enhancing processes and managing risks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver risk advisory activities for risk supporting the Senior Managers for the Operational Risk Team.
- Develop reporting activities for operational risk reporting.
- Support the key risk indicators and metrics for the group, ensuring data is captured, reported and monitored.
- Provide education and training on risk across the group.
- Support the reporting of emerging risks through internal forums.
- Help to promote a positive culture towards risk across the company.
- Assist with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- Two years' experience in Operational Risk with audit accountancy.
- Good communication skills and a professional ability to engage.
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Experience with risk management systems.
- Be confident in engaging with senior managers.
