Job Overview

We are seeking an individual to fill the role of Category Management Specialist. This position involves category management analysis, supplier communication, and ensuring compliance across our retail outlets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaising with suppliers to build strong relationships and resolve any issues.
  • Ensuring supplier compliance with trading terms and obligations.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating new product ranges.
  • Monitoring and analysing product performance against targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Year 12 completion or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience or similar roles.
  • Ability to train, coach, and mentor store managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
  • Safely lift up to 20kg.
  • Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, and lifting.
