Marketing Operations Strategist

We are seeking a skilled marketing operations professional to drive ongoing enhancements in our marketing systems and processes.
This role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coordinating marketing compliance and risk management processes, reducing risk and enhancing the marketing team's capabilities.
Elevate Compliance:
- Coordinate marketing compliance and risk management processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing training programs for employees to enhance their understanding of compliance procedures.
Drive Efficiency:
- Support projects that continuously improve speed to market and reporting capabilities to increase efficiency.
Manage Our System:
- Administer and improve core processes and technology solutions that power our end-to-end marketing approval workflow tool to streamline marketing operations.
To excel in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the core go-to-market process and key drivers of efficiency, speed, and risk management. Your background should include proven experience in process design, process management, and project delivery, along with a strong grasp of legal, reputational, and operational risks inherent in marketing.
