About the Role
  • Lead a critical Exchange migration project for a role based in Victoria, with a focus on system integration, security, and cloud readiness.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  1. Decommission the on-prem environment by migrating On-Prem Exchange to Cloud.
  2. Implement Exchange login capabilities and SMTP relay connections.
  3. Integrate Proofpoint into the cloud environment for secure email delivery.
  4. Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors for seamless transition.
  5. Develop technical documentation and handover materials.
  6. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange, SMTP, and Proofpoint integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Exchange environments.
  • Strong background as a Solution Architect and/or Systems Engineer in enterprise settings.
  • Experience with SMTP relay configuration and Exchange authentication mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience with Proofpoint integration in cloud-based email systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or government environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and project documentation standards.
