We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Light Rail Site Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our water and sewerage assets within the Light Rail project area.
Key Responsibilities- Project Surveillance and Inspection: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
- Asset Protection and Management: Develop and implement strategies to protect our water and sewerage assets from potential risks and hazards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our project team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including site inspections, asset condition, and maintenance activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identify and mitigate potential risks to our assets and operations.
- Technical Qualifications: Minimum Certificate 3 or equivalent in a relevant field, such as civil engineering, plumbing, or a related trade.
- Experience: Extensive experience in civil engineering construction, water and sewerage asset operations, and maintenance.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of water and sewerage asset operations, maintenance, and construction, including relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Training and Certifications: Confined Space, General Construction Induction (White Card), and Asbestos Awareness Training, as well as a current Australian Driver's Licence.
