About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant at our Gungahlin store.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our retail and trade customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts, driving sales and revenue growth.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, contributing to the store's overall performance.
- Support and collaborate with other team members to ensure business goals are met and exceeded.
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
