
Enterprise Risk Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Risk & Internal Audit team in Sydney CBD. As a key member, you will drive risk strategy, master Power BI automation, and work closely with diverse stakeholders across enterprise risk management, insurance program oversight, and internal reporting.
Responsibilities:- Lead and support enterprise risk management activities from risk workshops to system improvements and reporting.
- Oversee and improve insurance program activities, including renewals, claims coordination, and broker engagement.
- Harness Power BI and automation tools to create dynamic, accurate dashboards and reports for business leaders, the Board, and committees.
- Work closely with stakeholders, commercial managers, site leaders, risk owners, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and strong collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in risk management, internal audit, or risk analysis (min. 1-4 years).
- Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 31000) and ERM systems.
- Strong Power BI and data automation skills able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
- Flexible, solutions-focused mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
