We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to patients, families, and healthcare staff.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Admission and Discharge Processes: Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient admissions and discharges, maintaining bed management and utilization.
  2. Communication and Information Management: Provide clear and concise information to patients, visitors, and staff via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  3. Patient Documentation: Compile and manage patient admission papers and clinical notes accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar administration role within a hospital setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service focus, intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills, high-level time management and organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
