Return to Work Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing return-to-work support to operational leaders and injured workers, ensuring compliance with legal return-to-work obligations and implementing early intervention programs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of return-to-work cases, including early intervention and workers compensation claims administration.
  • Assist in the completion of administrative tasks associated with return-to-work and workers compensation, in accordance with legislative requirements and organisational policies.
  • Provide advice to operations and injured workers on return-to-work strategies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of injury management, workers compensation, and wellbeing services across the enterprise.

About You:

  • You have experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have strong administrative and/or return-to-work coordinator experience within the Victorian jurisdiction.
  • You are self-driven, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
