As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your primary objective is to provide seamless and positive interactions from the moment our guests arrive until they depart.

About the Role

This position requires a professional and customer-focused individual who can ensure a positive experience for our service guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet service guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate work required to guests
  • Liaise with technicians to provide timely updates on vehicle status
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with guests throughout the process
  • Upsell additional services where appropriate and ensure all work is authorised and completed to a high standard

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (automotive preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
