Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Service Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage guest relationships, building trust and rapport through effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, from initial contact to final resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, updating systems as necessary.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and dealership procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar service-related position, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and diagnostics, with a willingness to learn and develop further.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Guest Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
