Strategic Parts Interpreters Wanted

Job Description:
The role of Parts Interpreter involves utilizing a national leading parts supplier's Electronic Parts Catalogue to determine required parts. This requires effective communication with customers to assist with spare parts and accessories enquiries, as well as assisting with stock checking and order processing through the DMS system.
- Using Manufacturer EPC (Electronic Parts Catalogue) to identify and source required parts.
- Liaising with customers to resolve their spare parts and accessories enquiries efficiently.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless order processing and stock management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing manufacturer's electronic catalogues to source parts information.
- Resolving customer queries related to spare parts and accessories in a timely manner.
- Contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of stock management processes.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar parts interpreter role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in inventory control or a related field is advantageous.
