About the Role

Seeking a seasoned engineer to lead our civil infrastructure project in Adelaide Hills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor Site Engineers and Graduates, fostering a collaborative and solutions-focused team culture.
  • Oversee project structures, ensuring compliance with design specifications and Australian Standards.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.
  • Provide technical support and engineering services to ensure safety, environmental, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Monitor progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in civil infrastructure delivery, with a strong preference for candidates with major road project experience in Australia.
  • Demonstrated experience in structures delivery on transport infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of DIT (SA Department for Infrastructure and Transport) specifications and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commitment to safety, environmental sustainability, and quality outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and construction methodologies.
