Job Opportunity

We are seeking an Online Learning Project Officer to join our team within the Learning & Development department. This role is a key member of the Plink Development Team, responsible for supporting the planning, development and review of high-quality online learning resources.

The ideal candidate will produce modern, innovative and engaging online professional learning content using industry-standard tools and platforms. Additionally, they will manage administrative functions related to the Plink Development team, including email management and subscription services.

This position also involves delivering support services by assisting with the Plink helpdesk and broader administration activities to ensure a smooth user experience for staff accessing online learning.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Plink Development Team to plan, develop and review online learning resources.
  • Produce engaging online learning content using industry-standard tools and platforms.
  • Manage administrative functions related to the Plink Development team.
  • Deliver support services through the Plink helpdesk and broader administration activities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with online learning systems and creation of learner content.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.

In order to be successful in this role, the applicant must gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check prior to being employed. The incumbent will also be required to undertake RRHAN –EC Facilitator Lead extended course or the online course, which will need to be updated every three years.
