Project Coordinator Role

  • We're seeking a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills to support our Project Management Technical Capability Team.
  • As a key member of the team, you will work closely with operational units to ensure activities align with compliance expectations.
  • You will administer and develop our Project Management Capability SharePoint site, establish and maintain our Business Management System, and support delivery of the PM Capability Change Management Plan.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Baseline security clearance or ability to obtain
  • Previous Defence experience preferred but not essential
  • Understanding of Defence project lifecycles and governance frameworks
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
