Cybersecurity Risk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Risk Advisor to join our team in Canberra.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Building Capacity and Staff Development: Provide technical guidance and support to staff within the TSRS section and Risk Assessment Branch to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Compliance and Risk Assessment: Contribute to the development of best practice guidelines for assessing security compliance within the legislative framework.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all relevant documentation is stored in accordance with the Department's recordkeeping policy and practices.
- Risk Analysis: Conduct strategic analysis of products to identify potential risks posed by foreign involvement in the critical infrastructure sector.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity risk management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
