Job Title: Cybersecurity Risk Manager

About the Role

This is a highly specialized position that involves undertaking ICT security assessments of classified systems in accordance with internal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security controls for a system and its operating environment;
  • Produce detailed reports outlining the assessment, including scope/background, security strengths and weaknesses, security risks, and recommended remediation actions;
  • Support reporting and briefing requirements to ensure seamless communication;
  • Achieve Authority to Operate (ATO) requirements by working closely with stakeholders;
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possess tertiary qualifications and/or industry experience in an ICT discipline or equivalent;
  • Hold certified professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, GIAC, GCFA, or CISA;
  • Demonstrate expertise in ICT security risk management methodologies;
  • Showcase experience in ICT system assessment and authorization review and approval processes from a security and risk perspective;
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
  • Endorsed IRAP Assessor certification;
  • Candidates may possess other desirable skills and qualifications which will be discussed upon application;
