Insurance Portfolio Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Portfolio Specialist to oversee all insurance matters across our organization. This role plays a key role in ensuring appropriate coverage, managing insurance policies, and optimizing costs while effectively mitigating risk to the organization.

This specialist will be responsible for managing our insurance portfolio, ensuring coverage aligns with business needs and obligations, coordinating insurance for construction projects, overseeing annual property valuations, and reviewing and refining insurance policies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to interpret complex information, including insurance policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of insurance policies and related documentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize insurance spend and reduce risk
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on insurance-related matters

Requirements:

  • Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in insurance or a related field
