Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the Australia Defence environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that shape the way we evolve, adapt, and transform industries.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of maintenance trades and subcontractors to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Work with the Operations and Maintenance Superintendent to ensure timely and effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Monitor site-level compliance reviews for operational and delivery platform maintenance and compliance.
- Contribute to the management of maintenance performance.
- Ensure clear understanding across all sites of health safety expectations and obligations.
- Extensive experience working in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries.
- Proven experience in maintenance management with a trade or tertiary qualifications in relevant fields.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Current holder or ability to obtain security clearance.
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Southeast Queensland.
