Building and Construction Trainer Specialist

We are currently seeking contractors to deliver and assess the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction and the CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction online.

Expressions are also being sought for the delivery of accredited and non-accredited short-courses in Building and Construction for corporate clients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly participate in assessment validation and moderation processes
  • Develop and implement learning materials as required
  • Complete assessments and provide timely feedback to learners
  • Conduct, document, and continuously improve competency-based assessment
  • Assess learner competency against various performance criteria
  • Comply with Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) requirements

**Essential Skills:**
A current qualification or relevant experience equal to or higher than the level to be taught (CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction and/or CPC50220 Diploma of Building and Construction)
TAE40116
Previous experience working within an Registered Training Organisation (RTO)Excellent electronic communication and reporting skills

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work in a team environment, and have the capacity to deliver engaging training sessions. They will be able to facilitate and encourage learning using multiple modes of delivery, and demonstrate a flexible approach to work.

Applicants should hold a current qualification or relevant experience equal to or higher than the level to be taught, and be proficient in the use of Ammonite LMS. Previous experience working within an RTO is desirable but not essential.
