Lead Retail Store Team to Success

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets within a KPI structure. A successful problem solver with exceptional relationship-building skills is essential for this position.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve their best performance
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising
  • Manage stock control, store policies, staff scheduling, and sales team performance

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Proven problem-solving ability and excellent relationship-building skills
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in retail
