Optical Assistant Role Overview
">- This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic optical environment, providing exceptional customer service and assisting patients with their eyewear needs.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Communicate effectively with patients and visitors, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Offer personalized fashion advice to help patients select frames that meet their style preferences and needs.
- Provide efficient telephone reception services, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashions, including frames, sunglasses, contact lenses, and accessories.
- Assist with standard optical workshop procedures, learning and applying new skills as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- Be willing to learn and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exhibit excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Must be available for weekend work (Saturday).
- Prior experience in the optical or retail industry is preferred but not mandatory; relevant training will be provided.
