Team Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Team Assistant to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to a team of 5 staff members, including diary management, coordination of internal and external meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including team diaries and contacts.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation, and ensure that team members are aware of their whereabouts and relevant client activities.
- Process expenses and complete accurate expense reports for the team.
- Assist with general administration tasks, including document production, research, and project materials.
- Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail, and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide support for client entertainment and events, including organizing lunches and dinners.
- Build and maintain relationships with staff in offshore offices.
- At least 2 years' experience in a corporate administration role, ideally as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a willingness to help other members of the team.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
