Senior Fund Analyst Position

We are seeking a Senior Fund Analyst to join our team for the duration of a 12-month contract.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and executing the Fund's Investment Strategy. You will develop a deep understanding of the Fund Model, the key drivers of Fund performance, and the primary factors influencing returns.

You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and work closely with the Fund Manager to support the delivery of strong outcomes.

Your analytical expertise and commercial insight will be critical in identifying risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities across the portfolio.

  • Assist the Fund Manager in preparing and implementing the Fund's Investment Strategy.
  • Maintain and update the Fund Model, calculate asset and Fund-level returns, and perform attribution and contribution analysis to assess performance and identify key drivers.
  • Analyse the financial and strategic impact of acquisitions, divestments, capital projects, and major lease transactions.
  • Collaborate with Investor Relations and Marketing teams to prepare Fund marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property or finance sectors.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
