The ideal candidate will have experience leading and managing large transportation programs. They should possess a demonstrated ability as a program builder and mentor, and exhibit strong business development, presentation, and client advisory skills. Significant travel is required (often more than 50% of the time) and effective communication across HDR's matrix organization is essential.

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management/science, or equivalent.

  • 20+ years of experience with a strong background in leading transportation projects.
    ">
  • Proven experience as program manager on large delivery programs.
    ">
  • Experience leading and managing PM staff; comfortable with substantial travel.
